Wholesale Regional Merchandising Associate, Men's

Summary

Support merchandising, account planning, sales, sourcing and finance to develop, forecast, and deliver balanced Menswear assortments for wholesale partners. Drive projection management from pre-planning through line opening and provide weekly and monthly selling analyses. Work cross-functionally to track inventory commitments and maintain tools for market preparation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with merchandising, account planning and sales to identify product strategies and opportunities.
• Analyze historical and in-season selling to guide future season plans and projection adjustments.
• Manage seasonal projection entry and updates; support account planning processes and market prep.
• Produce weekly selling reports and monthly hindsight analysis on sell-through, margin, bookings and class penetration.
• Track inventory commitments and convey information between account planning and merchandising.
• Develop and maintain tools used for market preparation and support ad-hoc product lifecycle projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year merchandise planning experience in the apparel industry (1-2 years preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in retail math.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.
