Job Description

Summary

As an Operations Coordinator at Tiffany Waikiki, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering the Tiffany Experience to each customer. You will be responsible for performing all back-of-house operations, providing excellent client service, and supporting store leadership in driving sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all back-of-house operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
  • Act as a key holder and manager on duty when necessary, coordinating store operations and ensuring compliance with internal control procedures.
  • Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service, completing tasks such as shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
  • Partner with Sales Professionals, Management, and clients to respond to requests quickly and accurately.
  • Support company operations efficiency objectives and mentor team members to improve performance.
  • Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales, collecting customer data and supporting sales functions.
  • Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and acting on client feedback.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to perform different tasks based on business needs.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Preferred: College/university degree and Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework.
