Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate - Waikiki

Summary

Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and sales support for front and back of house boutique operations. Deliver high levels of customer service following brand standards and assist with merchandising, packaging and client interactions. Support after sales tasks, concierge activities and general store upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt friendly greeting and assist clients at point of sale
• Support sales team with selling process and floor replenishment
• Hang merchandise and return items to the sales floor
• Retrieve and prepare stock and maintain stock room organization
• Ensure packaging supplies and merchandising materials are stocked
• Straighten and maintain selling floor merchandise standards
• Answer phones and provide timely customer service
• Log repairs, contact clients and maintain after sales records

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs without assistance
• Ability to perform clerical and merchandising tasks in a boutique environment
