Summary
Responsible for directing the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store and ensuring shipping and receiving policies and procedures are implemented. Supports inventory accuracy, packaging and client deliveries while assisting sales and visual teams to maintain store presentation and operations. Plays an active role in inventory reconciliation, inter store transfers and facility maintenance to support daily business needs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure and organized fashion
- Manage and process inter store transfers stock rotations and incoming outgoing shipments
- Prepare and complete inventories and cycle counts and participate in reconciliation
- Ensure merchandise is ticketed and packaging levels are maintained with replenishment orders
- Support sales staff by supplying merchandise from stock to the sales floor as needed
- Lead client delivery process including documenting deliveries troubleshooting and tracking missing items
- Assist visual merchandising operations with moving storage of fixtures furniture and props
- Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance cleaning and repairs when required
- Understand and complete paperwork for damages RTVs and other inventory procedures
Requirements
- Experience handling retail inventory shipping and receiving processes
- Ability to organize and maintain secure storage and packaging levels
- Competence with inventory counts reconciliation and transfer documentation
- Strong communication and partnership with store management and sales teams
- Capacity to support visual merchandising and physical movement of fixtures and merchandise
- Attention to detail for ticketing packaging and client delivery accuracy
- Problem solving skills for troubleshooting delivery and shipment issues
