Operations Specialist

Summary

The Operations Specialist supports store operations and inventory management to ensure stock accuracy and efficient merchandise flow. The role is responsible for processing shipments and transfers, replenishing the sales floor, and maintaining organized stockroom conditions. You will collaborate with sales and operations teams to support timely deliveries and inventory availability.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments and manage transfers accurately.
• Move merchandise from stockroom to sales floor and maintain inventory levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to verify quantities and product condition.
• Organize and maintain stockroom layout, labeling, and cleanliness for accessibility.
• Implement and support security measures through inspections and audits.
• Coordinate with operations team and external couriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide inventory availability updates to the sales team to support selling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of operations and inventory control processes.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
