Summary
Support the Store Manager and Operations Manager in leading operational activities to ensure excellent client service and efficient store functioning. Act as an ambassador of the brand, coaching the team and maintaining high standards across merchandise preparation, inventory, facilities, and financial controls. Drive operational objectives and support training, vendor coordination, and loss prevention efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support team management and development through coaching and training on operational procedures.
- Ensure service excellence in merchandise preparation, packaging, and client delivery processes.
- Assist with store facility maintenance, vendor coordination, permits, and minor works.
- Maintain and troubleshoot store technology and ensure back of house organization.
- Manage inventory processes including cycle counts, adjustments, bin management, and reconciliations.
- Oversee shipping and receiving and collaborate with regional and corporate partners.
- Partner with Risk Management to reduce product loss and support asset protection.
- Assist with ordering supplies and controlling budgeted expenses.
- Support financial controls including cash and credit card procedures and reconciliations.
Requirements
- Experience in retail operations, inventory management, or store support functions.
- Ability to coach and develop store teams and support recruitment efforts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory and back of house management.
- Problem solving skills for client delivery and operational issues.
- Familiarity with store systems and ability to troubleshoot technological devices.
- Capacity to coordinate with vendors and manage minor store works.
- Understanding of financial processes including reconciliations and loss prevention practices.
