Summary

The Outlet Assistant Leader partners with the Outlet Leader to drive operational excellence and deliver elevated customer experiences at RH Outlets. This role focuses on coaching and developing the team, supporting sales and operations, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards that reflect the Outlet vision and brand. The ideal candidate is a solutions-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead, and develop the outlet team in partnership with the Outlet Leader
• Review and analyze business performance to identify opportunities and drive results
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure visual presentation supports safety and cleanliness
• Model adaptability and guide the team through change with a solutions-focused approach
• Represent the brand through professional communication and personal presentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Analytical and strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Adaptable, resilient, and solutions-focused with flexibility to work a dynamic schedule
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs., maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom, and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical tasks
