Outlet Keyholder - Beverly Connection

Summary

The Outlet Keyholder is a full time retail role responsible for supporting sales floor operations, opening and closing the store, and ensuring excellent customer service at the Beverly Connection location. This position supports the management team in driving sales and maintaining store standards while acting as a leader on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in opening and closing the store and perform keyholder duties
• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
• Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
• Coach and support sales associates on the floor
• Handle cash management and register reconciliation
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a keyholder or supervisory role
• Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Basic cash handling and POS experience
• Reliable transportation to the Beverly Connection location
