Summary

The Outlet Operations Leader oversees stockroom and operational activities at the Oxnard Outlet, driving inventory accuracy, safety, and operational excellence. This role develops and leads a high-energy stock team, partners with cross-functional teams, and ensures merchandise is processed and available for customers and delivery partners. The leader champions quality, efficiency, and a solutions-focused approach to store operations.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead the stock team on safety protocols, inventory policies, and operational standards.
• Oversee receipt, processing, tagging, storage, and transition of merchandise from truck to sales floor.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and key operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Authorize and manage product release to third-party delivery partners and customers, ensuring accuracy and service standards.
• Manage destruction of items marked out of stock (MOS) per company policy and ensure compliant handling.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Experience with inventory management systems and related processes.
• Flexible to work varying operational hours and able to lift and move items in excess of 100 lbs., with prolonged standing and physical activity.
