Stock Manager

Summary

The Stock Manager is responsible for receiving, unpacking, organizing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor while maintaining stockroom operations and standards at the Beverly Hills store. This role oversees inventory control, processes transfers and returns, and supports floorset implementation and physical inventories. The Stock Manager works closely with store leadership to ensure accurate reporting, minimize shrink, and keep merchandise floor-ready.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-store receiving, complete paperwork, and maintain inventory accuracy in Retail Pro and related systems.
• Reprice, tag, steam, fold, hang, and replenish merchandise to the sales floor; prepare floorset merchandise with Store Manager.
• Execute transfers, returns, damages, and customer charge sends per policy; follow up on inquiries as needed.
• Audit and maintain stockroom organization, sizing, folding, and cleanliness; prepare for physical inventories.
• Perform daily operational tasks including packaging supply replenishment, trash/box removal, lighting checks, and vendor drop-offs as directed.

Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical stockroom duties.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory reporting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Retail Pro or inventory system experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, punctuality, and flexibility to support store needs.
