Outlet Quality Associate - Paramus Outlet

Summary

The Outlet Quality Associate executes maintenance and housekeeping initiatives for the Paramus Outlet to ensure facility upkeep and functionality. This role partners with the Outlet team to manage preventive and reactive maintenance while maintaining a safe, OSHA-compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations.
• Ensure upkeep and functionality of building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets such as doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders.
• Prioritize, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize operational disruptions.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by upholding OSHA and HAZMAT standards and requirements.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and repair activities; identify and implement process improvements.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs. and perform prolonged standing, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing as required.
