Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, processing, and moving inventory to ensure merchandise is available and presented to support an elevated customer experience. This hands-on role works in the stockroom and on the sales floor, emphasizing safety, organization, and attention to brand standards in a fast-paced retail outlet environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently, maximizing productivity and minimizing delays
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support precise inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe, efficient loading into vehicles

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Capable of lifting and mobilizing furniture in excess of 100 lbs. and performing prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
