Outlet Quality Associate

Summary

The Outlet Quality Associate supports maintenance and housekeeping initiatives at the RH Outlet. This role helps ensure the facility and its equipment remain functional, safe, and aligned with RH standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping.
• Maintain the interior, exterior, grounds, systems, and storage areas.
• Manage preventive maintenance for equipment and operational assets.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance activities to minimize operational disruptions.
• Uphold OSHA and HAZMAT standards and requirements.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair activities.
• Identify process improvements and implement practical solutions.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift and mobilize items up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Stand for extended periods and maneuver around the outlet floor, stock room, and office, including bending, kneeling, and climbing.
