Summary

The Receiving Associate supports efficient processing of inbound and outbound merchandise and supplies. The role maintains organized stockroom standards and helps merchandise become ready for the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, unpack, prepare, and dispatch merchandise and supplies according to company standards.
• Tag and ticket merchandise, complete price changes, and process damages, salvage, and job outs.
• Receive and record trailer deliveries while maintaining an organized, clean, and safe stockroom.
• Follow operational procedures for access control, merchandise protection, risk management, receiving, processing, and fine jewelry.
• Support selling team members in providing a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Comfort using computers and multiple technological devices.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
