Receiving Support Associate - Bergen County

Summary

Support the store's merchandise receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations. Help ensure merchandise is processed, packed, and prepared according to company standards while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts and pick items from the sales floor and stockrooms for customer orders.
• Pack merchandise according to established policies and techniques.
• Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistical initiatives.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor, use store technology, and support the store during major events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use handheld equipment and computers, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
