The Outlet Sales Associate delivers personalized customer experiences and supports sales performance at RH Outlets. This role educates customers on products and services while representing the RH brand and its commitment to quality and design.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and explain product features, benefits, and craftsmanship.
• Build expert knowledge of the product assortment, services, and policies.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store appearance to reflect the RH aesthetic.
• Process sales transactions accurately and contribute to team sales goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Proven success exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling and product expertise.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing and other physical tasks.
