Summary
Responsible for receiving, processing, and moving merchandise in an outlet environment to ensure accurate inventory and a well presented sales floor. Role is hands on in the stockroom and on the sales floor, focused on safety, organization, and supporting excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently
- Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor
- Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
- Accurately tag and label merchandise for precise inventory tracking
- Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with loading into vehicles
- Move product from delivery to placement on the sales floor
- Demonstrate organizational and time management skills in daily operations
Requirements
- 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Proven experience following safety guidelines and procedures
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs while using appropriate equipment
- Capacity to stand for prolonged periods and perform bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
