Summary
Lead and drive the strategic and operational performance of the outlet location, developing and empowering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining quality, safety, and profitability. The role requires a visionary leader who sets strategy, executes initiatives, and fosters a high energy people first culture in a fast paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead coach and inspire teams to create a dynamic performance driven culture
- Manage team member lifecycle including hiring development performance management and transitions
- Ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards and outlet quality vision
- Champion profit protection through risk management security cash controls and inventory management
- Identify analyze and communicate business opportunities to drive results
- Support and implement initiatives and rollouts as the business changes
- Represent the brand with integrity professionalism and personal presentation
- Coordinate with Field Leadership and People Team to address team needs and growth
- Oversee operational excellence including safety and store standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in retail preferably in home furnishings
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to inspire teams
- Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making skills
- Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with Mac iOS Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Ability to travel periodically including extended trips as needed
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged physical activities
