Outlet Team Associate - Liberty Place

Summary

Provide friendly, customer-focused service on the sales floor at the Liberty Place outlet. Assist customers with product selection, maintain store presentation, and support daily store operations as a part-time team member. Work collaboratively with other associates to meet sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, offer styling guidance, and drive sales through product knowledge and service.
• Operate the cash wrap, process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock merchandise, and ensure fitting rooms are tidy.
• Support inventory activities including receiving, tagging, and organizing stock on the sales floor.
• Communicate with management about customer feedback, inventory needs, and store issues.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and comfort operating point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
