Summary

The Outlet Team Associate supports sales and store efficiency by assisting customers and helping maintain an organized, easy-to-shop environment. The role includes customer engagement, register transactions, merchandise preparation, and stockroom tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service on the sales floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, and payments accurately, including cash handling.
• Prepare, tag, and ticket merchandise; fold, straighten, and size items for floor recovery.
• Support pricing, merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization.
• Maintain a clean and orderly shopping environment and follow procedures to protect company assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
