The Outlet Team Associate supports sales and store profitability by assisting customers and maintaining merchandise efficiency. The role provides friendly, helpful service while supporting pricing, merchandise handling, stock processing, and floor recovery.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and easy-to-shop environment.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor by tagging, ticketing, folding, straightening, and sizing items.
• Follow operational procedures and help protect company assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedural documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
