PT Brand Ambassador Operations

Summary

This part-time Brand Ambassador role delivers a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor. The position focuses on meeting sales objectives and KPIs while maintaining store standards, assisting customers with styling and fitting, and supporting operational and visual merchandising tasks. Brand Ambassadors are expected to be team players who communicate effectively and contribute to a cohesive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and a personalized shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs (SPH, data capture) and use tools to drive performance.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and with sizing, product knowledge, and styling.
• Support opening and closing procedures, floor sets, replenishment, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation on the sales floor and back of house.
• Provide product feedback to management and participate in company training initiatives.

Requirements

• Retail or similar customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs., and maneuver around sales floor, stock, and fitting areas.
• Ability to operate the register/POS and perform opening/closing duties.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
