Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and styling in a high-volume retail setting while driving individual sales and supporting team goals. They use digital tools and clienteling to grow business, coach colleagues, maintain visual standards, and represent the Ralph Lauren lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service, product knowledge, and tailored styling recommendations.
• Drive sales by meeting individual KPIs and supporting team sales plans.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools for clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors and participate in store initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintain store visual standards and contribute feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty or high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfort using digital selling tools and CRM platforms preferred.
