PT Sales Ambassador

Summary

As a Sales Ambassador, you curate exceptional retail experiences by delivering personalized styling and building lasting client relationships. You use clienteling and digital tools to drive sales, support team goals, and serve as a development pathway into management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales by meeting KPIs and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors and contribute to team training and development initiatives.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store and community initiatives.
• Support recruiting and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills; ability to use digital sales tools and operate a register.
• Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and team members.
