Sales Ambassadors curate exceptional client experiences by delivering personalized service, product knowledge, and styling recommendations to drive sales and loyalty. They leverage digital tools and CRM to grow client relationships and serve as leaders within the store while supporting team performance and store standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations to meet client needs.
- Drive individual and team sales by supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and KPIs.
- Utilize CRM tools like Polo connect for clienteling and data capture to support outreach and business initiatives.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to promote customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
- Maintain store visual standards and use merchandising techniques per company guidelines.
- Participate in store and company initiatives, community outreach, and team training to execute business results.
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and assist in sourcing and identifying talent.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Comfort using digital selling tools and CRM for client outreach and data capture.
- Ability to operate the register and be on your feet, standing and walking for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor, stock areas, and dressing rooms.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
