PT Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor by understanding client needs, providing personalized styling recommendations, and driving business through proactive clienteling and outreach. This role supports store performance by meeting individual KPIs and collaborating with the team to uphold store standards and visual merchandising. Ambassadors also use CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and help grow long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, personalized customer service and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Strategize personal business growth through wardrobing, outreach, clienteling and digital tools.
• Support achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPI targets.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to develop customer-centric behaviors and relationship-building skills.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture meaningful customer data and support clienteling initiatives.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to stand, walk and operate a register for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• Comfort using digital sales tools and CRM for outreach and clienteling.
