Summary

The Part-Time Sales Professional delivers exceptional client experiences on the sales floor while driving full-price sales across the Ralph Lauren lifestyle. This role requires strong product knowledge, confident selling skills, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. The Sales Professional supports store operations, events, and technology-enabled selling to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet, listen to, and assist customers to exceed expectations and deliver memorable in-store moments.
• Develop and maintain client correspondence and relationships to drive repeat business.
• Drive sales through knowledge of key product pillars and styling recommendations.
• Use technology and virtual selling tools for client outreach and to showcase the full product assortment.
• Support inventory tasks, special events, opening and closing duties, and store projects as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow company presentation and safety standards.

Requirements

• Relevant retail or sales experience preferred with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale and outreach tools.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate register, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb a ladder as required.
• Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
