Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while driving daily sales and building customer relationships. This entry-level retail role supports store and company initiatives, leverages digital tools and alternative purchase methods, and serves as a foundation for future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Deliver a consistent customer experience aligned to brand standards
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize digital and alternative shopping tools such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI and Ship to Home
• Broaden product discovery via QR codes, digital catalogs and virtual stores
• Build and begin to maintain a clientele through networking and follow-up
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and customer needs
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk and move around the sales floor for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver in stock, dressing room and cashwrap areas
• Ability to operate the register and use new technology to support sales
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
