Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor to support brand standards and drive sales. They meet individual KPIs using company tools, assist customers in fitting rooms, maintain store and visual standards, and support operational tasks. This entry-level role provides foundational retail experience and pathways to leadership within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and a customer-first mindset on the sales floor.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and use key tools to drive performance.
• Support achievement of sales plans and uphold brand policies, procedures, and store standards.
• Connect customers using the Polo Connect program and educate customers on programs and initiatives.
• Assist in fitting rooms, maintain BOH and sales floor standards, and complete opening and closing duties.
• Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), and maintain visual merchandising.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective verbal communication with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to stand, walk, maneuver on the sales floor, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
