Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support - Michigan Avenue

Summary

Provide friendly, efficient point-of-sale service while supporting the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience. Process sales, returns, and related transactions, assist customers by phone and in person, and help maintain a tidy, well-stocked department. Be flexible to support order fulfillment and pickup and build customer relationships through product knowledge and service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with purchases, returns, and other transactions
• Keep the cash wrap and sales floor organized, restocked, and visually presentable
• Support other store areas as needed, including order fulfillment and pickup
• Share product knowledge and inform customers about promotions, gift cards, and rewards

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong organization
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
• Physical ability for continuous movement and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
