Summary

Provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience with a customer-first mindset, representing Ralph Lauren on the sales floor. This entry-level role focuses on selling, styling, and upholding store standards while supporting operational needs. The Brand Ambassador role serves as an entry point for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and a personalized shopping experience.
• Drive sales and meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture, etc.).
• Connect customers using the Polo Connect program and educate customers on programs and offerings.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, support sizing, and maintain store standards.
• Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening/closing tasks, and visual standards.
• Provide product feedback to management and participate in company trainings.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk for multiple hours, maneuver around the sales floor and back-of-house, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to operate a register and perform cash wrap duties.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel; willingness to participate in training and company initiatives.
