Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring service and helps customers find products that meet their needs. This role supports sales goals, store standards, and a welcoming team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and personalized styling assistance.
• Meet individual performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Educate customers about products, programs, and available offerings.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards.
• Support replenishment, floor sets, visual standards, and opening and closing duties.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share customer and product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
