Part Time Sales Ambassador

Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional on-floor customer service by using product knowledge and personalized styling to build lasting client relationships. The role focuses on driving sales through clienteling, outreach, and digital tools while supporting store standards and visual presentation. This position requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and serves as an entry point to future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and styling recommendations to meet client needs.
• Drive individual and team sales performance to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
• Develop and execute personal business growth through outreach and comprehensive wardrobing.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture customer data and support clienteling efforts.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer-centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and assist with store initiatives and community outreach.
• Adapt selling approach for remote and in-person customers and prioritize the customer experience.
• Support recruiting and training activities to help build the team.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM platforms preferred.
