Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening to, and assisting customers to exceed expectations.
- Create memorable in-store experiences and build long-term client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up.
- Drive full-price sales across key product pillars and meet individual sales goals.
- Utilize technology and virtual selling tools for client outreach and sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across the brand catalogues.
- Support store initiatives, product launches, special events, and promotional activities.
- Assist with inventory, merchandising, opening and closing duties, and other store projects as needed.
- Maintain professional appearance, adhere to store policies, and communicate effectively with management and peers.
Requirements
- Relevant retail or selling experience preferred with a demonstrated passion for working with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-starting attitude with a passion for learning and achieving sales targets.
- Comfortable using computers and common software; familiarity with retail systems preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
