Payroll Specialist

As a Payroll Specialist at Kering, you will be an essential part of the Shared Services team, providing support to the Kering brands. You will manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulations, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of payroll operations.

• Process bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees in the US and Canada.
• Handle off-cycle payments, pay adjustments, and final payments.
• Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR Business partners for payroll approvals and specific payments.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Manage post-payroll reporting and processes.
• Communicate key payroll dates to Brand teams.
• Review payroll systems for efficiency and accuracy.

• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with payroll reporting and audit procedures.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll tax laws.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to research and interpret payroll-related topics.
