Personal Shopper responsible for delivering exceptional luxury sales and service through personalized client relationships and wardrobe styling. Role is commission based with high sales targets and involves private and off-site selling, client acquisition, and maintaining client records. Responsibilities
- Sell the entire store and wardrobe customers from head to toe
- Cultivate new customers and introduce them to the store
- Deliver product and style expertise to satisfy customer needs
- Maintain private shopping suites and visual standards
- Achieve and exceed sales and service goals and targets
- Build and retain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and development
- Maintain and update customer profiles in store systems
- Provide on and off site selling and communicate regularly with clients
- Collaborate with management and buying teams to meet customer needs
Requirements
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Established high value customer base with minimum sales history of $1.5M annually
- Knowledge of wardrobing and styling techniques
- Strong customer relationship and emotional selling skills
- Entrepreneurial competitive and self motivated mindset
- Highly collaborative and team oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Minimum of five years experience in a commission sales environment
