Personal Shopper Support Assistant - 59th Street

Summary

Supports the operational functions of the Personal Shopping business, helping deliver a seamless luxury client experience. Prepares appointments, merchandise, shipments, and hospitality details so Personal Shoppers can focus on client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reset appointment spaces, merchandise, and client purchases to luxury presentation standards.
• Pack and ship purchases, coordinate deliveries and pickups, and track outgoing shipments.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and move merchandise, including processing returns and go-backs.
• Maintain organized operational spaces and supplies, and partner with store teams to support daily activities and special events.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment and lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Luxury retail, personal shopping, operations, fulfillment, shipping, inventory, or merchandise-handling experience preferred.
