Summary

The Public Relations Trainee will support the US PR team with media monitoring, sample trafficking, logistics coordination, and administrative organization. This role assists with domestic and international shipments, sample set management in Launchmetrics, and seasonal gifting initiatives while learning PR processes within a fast paced luxury fashion office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with editorial and VIP sample trafficking and manage US sample set within Launchmetrics
• Support PR Assistant with product logistics including messenger services, FedEx, and UPS shipments
• Facilitate and track domestic and international logistics ensuring timely delivery
• Monitor print and online coverage and execute press clippings
• Maintain organization of sample closet, press library, and administrative supplies
• Assist with seasonal gifting initiatives and research influencers and rising talent
• Update internal distribution lists in Launchmetrics

Requirements

• Previous press and media relations internship experience
• Previous fashion closet or sample room experience
• Ability to arrange international shipments, create proformas, and coordinate messengers
• Experience with Launchmetrics and influencer monitoring tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and professional email correspondence
• Ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast paced office environment
