Job Description

Summary

As a Private Client Advisor at Bottega Veneta in Soho, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with high-spending clients. You will be responsible for driving sales and achieving monthly targets through client outreach and engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Increase the number of VICs in the database and engage and retain them.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
  • Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
  • Maintain and update client profile records regularly.
  • Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures and maintain visual standards.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Strong client following and interest in fashion and industry trends.
  • Exhibits strong work ethic, leadership skills, and high energy level.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and lift packages regularly.
