Procurement Analyst

As a Procurement Analyst at Louis Vuitton Americas, you will play a vital role in supporting the tactical procurement function across various sectors including Corporate, Retail, Distribution Centers, and workshops. You will participate in strategic projects, aiming to optimize store operations spend and enhance competitive bidding procedures to achieve cost reductions while maintaining quality standards.

• Perform spend analysis and identify buying patterns of high-volume vendors.
• Conduct market research for new technologies and vendors.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant markets and perform benchmarking and competitive cost analysis.
• Support supplier onboarding and analyze national supplier base for cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage procurement projects and refine supplier lists.
• Create and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support vendor performance review meetings and ensure supplier compliance.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong data analysis and spreadsheet processing skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to understand supplier markets.
• Agility, flexibility, and a process-oriented mindset.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
