Product Manager 2 - Supply Chain: Outbound/Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations

Summary

Own the roadmap for technology and processes supporting outbound fulfillment, including order management, picking, packing, and shipping. Partner with warehouse operations, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to improve fulfillment speed, accuracy, and the customer delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize the product roadmap and feature backlog based on customer impact, complexity, and organizational strategy.
• Break roadmaps into releasable features, define scope with engineering, and write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design testing, measurement, and telemetry to validate hypotheses and guide data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate planning, launches, incidents, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across teams.
• Build partner relationships and influence roadmap decisions within the product domain.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of product management or equivalent business or domain experience, preferably in supply chain, warehousing, or fulfillment operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with warehouse management systems; Manhattan Associates Active WMS or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience with order management, pick/pack/ship, or fulfillment center operations.
• Strong process optimization, data analysis, KPI development, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
