Program Manager - Enterprise Planning and Delivery

Summary

The Program Manager will lead enterprise-level projects and programs from initiation through completion, supporting Nordstrom's strategic priorities. This hybrid role is based in downtown Seattle and requires working in the office four days per week. The position uses data analysis, financial insights, and executive presentations to drive decisions and results.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-level projects and programs from initiation through completion.
• Analyze complex data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
• Create presentations and reports for executive audiences.
• Align stakeholders and drive timely execution across business, technology, and operations teams.
• Build cross-functional relationships and adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
• At least 4 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, including data analysis, modeling, pivot tables, and executive-level presentations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial literacy, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; interest in retail and understanding of industry dynamics.
