Program Manager 2 - Returns And Exhaust

Summary

Program Manager 2, Returns And Exhaust will lead delivery of projects within the Returns and Exhaust program, improving end to end customer return flows and determining optimal disposition paths for returned product. The role partners across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Stores, Product Management, and Technology to drive measurable outcomes via process optimization, automation, and cross functional collaboration. This position focuses on reducing loss, improving controls, and placing returned product at the optimal selling node.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of individual projects within the Returns and Exhaust program.
• Identify opportunities to decrease loss from product exhaust and returns.
• Optimize returns processing systems and processes to increase automation and reduce touches.
• Establish tactics to decrease return rates through improved customer service.
• Work with cross functional partners to place returned product at optimal selling nodes.
• Develop project plans and manage project execution to measurable outcomes.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required or four plus years of relevant experience in program management, consulting, strategy, or finance.
• Strong quantitative skills including model interpretation and insight generation.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional partners across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and manage change effectively.
• Interest in retail and understanding of industry dynamics.
