Summary
The Senior Manager, Program and Planning on the Enterprise Planning and Delivery Team leads cross functional program management to drive enterprise planning and execution. This role partners with senior leaders across merchandising, finance, supply chain, marketing, stores, and digital to deliver insights, coordinated plans, and improved Holiday execution while managing calendars, workback plans, and program governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead program and project management for enterprise planning and delivery activities.
- Develop and maintain outcome based program calendars and workback plans.
- Create compelling communications materials and presentations for senior leadership.
- Drive alignment across planning teams and inputs across functions.
- Manage execution and facilitation of key enterprise events including Holiday planning.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and KPI tracking to inform decision making.
- Build processes, tools, and templates to standardize planning practices.
- Partner cross functionally to implement program management best practices.
- Navigate ambiguity and adapt plans to changing business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred.
- 9+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or finance.
- Experience in retail and familiarity with Holiday operations preferred.
- Strong quantitative skills including model building and analysis.
- Excellent verbal, written, and facilitation skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to develop project plans and manage execution.
- Demonstrated success driving cross functional partnerships.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
