Responsibilities- Understand intracompany inventory relationships and flows between systems and locations.
- Lead and inspire teams as the point of contact for Outlet inventory-related activities.
- Allocate products to Outlets based on analysis and collaboration with Outlet leadership.
- Evaluate allocation strategies and DC stock levels to optimize revenue.
- Lead logistics for Outlet inventory throughout the Supply Chain network.
- Coordinate the annual physical inventory count for Outlets.
- Drive process improvements and provide shrink reporting to identify issues.
- Support field locations with inventory-related issues and training of inventory leaders.
- Research inventory adjustments and shrink issues for root cause analysis.
- Define metrics and reporting to measure inventory integrity and accuracy.
- Partner with systems leads to design and implement system improvements.
- Provide oversight for inventory movement during relocations and new openings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners on inventory-related activities.

- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Experience in inventory, logistics, allocations, or operations role preferred.
- High level of expertise with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with Oracle RMS, Manhattan Active Omni, Salesforce, and MicroStrategy is a plus.
