Pt Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor and support store operations. This entry-level retail role focuses on driving sales, styling customers, and maintaining store standards while learning company programs and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and a personalized shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and contribute to sales plans.
• Connect customers to the loyalty/CRM program and educate them on programs and offerings.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, support sizing, and maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house.
• Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment, opening and closing tasks, and visual standards.
• Participate in company trainings and provide product feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred in a high-volume or high-profile environment.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to stand, walk, maneuver on the sales floor, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
