Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers elevated customer experiences by offering personalized styling, product expertise, and attentive client service. This role focuses on building lasting client relationships, leveraging digital tools and CRM to drive sales, and supporting team performance. The position also involves coaching peers and participating in store initiatives to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual sales and contribute to store sales goals through outreach, clienteling, and digital engagement.
• Capture meaningful customer data in CRM tools to support clienteling and business initiatives.
• Coach and provide guidance to Brand Ambassadors to enhance customer-centric behaviors and team performance.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store and community initiatives, training, and hiring efforts.
• Adapt service and product presentation for in-person and remote customers.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, move merchandise, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Experience using digital tools for selling and client outreach preferred.
