Pt Sales Ambassador

Summary

The Part-Time Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives sales through personalized styling and clienteling. This role leverages product knowledge and digital tools to build lasting client relationships and support store performance. The Sales Ambassador also contributes to coaching peers, maintaining visual standards, and participating in store initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding needs and offering personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual sales and meet KPIs to support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
• Use CRM tools like Polo Connect to capture customer data and perform clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to develop customer centric behaviors and relationship building skills.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising and display guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, training, community outreach, and talent sourcing.
• Adapt product presentation and service approach for both in-person and remote customers.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and customer insights.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume, specialty, or high-profile retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfortable using digital sales tools and CRM platforms to support clienteling.
