Pt Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand on the sales floor. Drives personal and store sales by building lasting client relationships, leveraging digital tools for clienteling, and supporting store standards. This part-time role contributes to team goals and supports development into management roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and product knowledge to drive sales and enhance the client experience.
• Use CRM and digital tools to capture customer data, perform outreach, and support clienteling initiatives.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors, support visual merchandising, and uphold store standards and policies.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and talent sourcing activities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, move for multiple hours, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends; comfort using digital selling tools.
