Responsibilities- Attract, hire, develop, inspire and retain top talent to achieve company set store goals.
- Develop both short term and long term sales objectives for stores and partner with Head of Retail to ensure stores achieve budgets.
- Work in partnership with the Head of Retail to maximize sales potential by coaching employee behaviors.
- Regularly be in the market to network with and be aware of top talent at other retailers.
- Work in tandem with the Head of Retail to create consistency amongst stores to align best practices and operational efficiency.
- Ensure accountability with Store Managers to achieve sales, inventory and KPI goals.
- Maximize scheduling, recruiting and coaching skills to help store meet or exceed sales goals.
- Set goals and manage to expectations through clear communication of sales; operational procedures; performance standards; dress code and all other company policies and procedures.
- Focus on comp store growth, as well as new market exploration.
- Work with Training Manager to enhance experience culture in stores and to promote and develop training tools to enhance employee productivity, sales, and service levels.
- Have business acumen for reporting on both regional and global level.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in multi-location role.
- Excellent attention to detail & accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
